Friendly and very patient staff. My wife and I have been going to FOM for years and have never been dissatisfied. Our only problem is deciding what to get, so we just get a collection of 2-3 of nearly everything in the case. We also get our birthday cakes there and they are beyond awesome.

I attended a wedding Saturday The wedding cake was dropped off with cardboard showing around the bottom of the cake. Chunks of icing missing on the back of the cake. Very bland looking. Cake was alright. But not for a wedding.
