The service was great. Austin did a great job taking care of us. Unfortunately, I only had a bite of the steak when I saw a hair on my plate. Needless to say, the plate was sent back. Things happen, but no one wants to see hair on their plate when trying to enjoy a nice dinner.
I feel like it was great service but the food was just okay I guess in line with the price though. Also establishment was very clean.
The experience was amazing. I took my mother out for mother's day. Although they were packed, we were seated at the bar! To my surprise the service was excellent. The food was excellent, and the waitress was attentive and friendly. We order two Ribeyes with Caesar salads and sauteed mushrooms. The steaks were grilled as ordered to perfection.

I ordered a take out order so didn't note the atmosphere. However, the food was delicious! I had one of the steaks (perfect temperature med. rare with sautéed mushrooms), mashed potatoes and asparagus! Bottoms were a little tough (should have been cut shorter) but over all a beautiful, delicious dinner!
Loved the place! The food was so good and pricing was great! Service was top-notch. Very friendly people who strive to make your meal exceptional. The atmosphere is casual and friendly. Will definitely be going back. You should try it if you have never been there. You will become a regular.

Excellent customer service. Our waitress Kievana was an absolute charm.
My family and I stopped in to have something to eat and we were treated to some of the best customer service we have experienced. Our two boys are special needs as they are on the spectrum and it can be a tiring experience taking them out to eat somewhere that they have never been to. Our waitress was kind, patient, caring, and helpful. She helped to answer a few questions my wife and I had about the menu and she was happy to help out boys as well. She got down on their level and showed patience and was caring to ensure that they had their questions answered and that they were happy with their selections.
Our appetizers were brought out promptly and we were nice and hot. We had enough time to eat them and enjoy them before we received our entrees, which was a very welcomed change from most restaurants we have been to. When we received our entrees a couple minutes later she returned to check on us and ensure our meals were cooked properly and that everyone was satisfied with the food. She was quick to bring condiments for our boys and kept our drinks topped off and cold.
Our food was great, but the service and attention we received was absolutely top notch and we left not just as a satisfied customer, but rather a very impressed family and our boys are already looking forward to our next visit.
Was out this way shopping decided why not check them out for the 1st time. Was not busy on a Monday around 5pm ish. Food was ok. Waiter was super nice and kept up with refills and service. Saved it from a 3 star. Bathrooms were clean. Salad was good. Asparagus needed flavor. Loaded Potatoes was not impressive. The steaks were good. But not cooked by our order. Medium well was closer to Medium rare. I don't do blood and my steak had plenty. First cut looked good and next cut I was like yeah no this is not right. Will be back to give them another shot though cause the cook might of had a bad day we've all been there. Will update when I go back. Someone did reach out to us about the service. Like I said no hard feelings we will be back to try again.

We just stopped after driving for 11 hours. Jasmine made our long trip wonderful. The atmosphere is great. I wish we could say the same for the food. Maybe it was an off night. We will give this restaurant another chance because we will be coming this way again in the near future.
I rarely write reviews, but, I was so pleased with our first experience at the Smithfield Texas Steakhouse, I'm compelled to encourage others to go. We received a delicious meal, surprisingly reasonable prices, and 5 star service from Jazmine (with a Z). We were 2 older women, who are historically bad tippers (former waitress here), yet she treated us like we were big tippers (which we are, but she didn't know that :-). I greatly appreciated how good she was at her job. When we complimented her on her excellent service, she said she couldn't do it without having such a great team around her. That is pure grace and class, and also speaks volumes about this particular location.
