We've been searching for Chinese food that has taste, not bland. This place is it! Our food was hot, plenty of it and tasted amazing. We.finally found our place for Chinese food. Highly recommend!
We've never had a bad experience and we order about 3 times a month. Hot, fresh and generous portions! As to sauces, we usually have more than enough included. Very generous!

Very quick and efficient staff, orders are made in timely fashion. Great food, overall great atmosphere, definitely recommend to anyone looking to make a pit stop nearby or for a quick takeout dinner.
Very good food. Enjoyed egg drop soup, cashew chicken plate, & sesame chicken plate. Food was great!! Friendly atmosphere!

The owners are so rude because we couldn’t understand one of the owners English and we told them but they just started to speak louder and louder then they hung up on us and we called back and the other owner started to speak loud and I told them not to speak to us that way and they just started to yell and I could not deal with it NEVER COMING BACK THERE
The service was nice especially for being really busy. There where a couple of rude customers in the restaurant. I like the different food from different areas and I feel like this Chinese food stands out from the rest. The only thing I didn't like was the spring rolls because of the lack of the veggies that it didn't have.The establishment was also clean. I will come back to this restaurant.

Clearly from the reviews there are people who haven't had good experiences here. But FWIW, we've lived around the corner from this place for 7 years, and have ordered takeout from them many times without any problems. They are fast, cheap and yummy. It's nothing spectacular, but if you want American Chinese food, they have all the regulars and a few specials, and we've always enjoyed our meals.
I’m new to the Smithfield area and have been looking for THAT Chinese place. This is THAT Chinese place. We got the chicken lo mein, egg drop soup, and honey chicken combo (with lo mein, not rice). The food was delicious, hot, and appropriately priced. I have leftovers for tomorrow! We will be adding this to our rotation!
They have very good food. They are not rude. They are just to the point and fast. Also there is a language barrier to consider.They aren't going to call you honey but you will get fast service and delicious food at a great price. It's like being in NYC 🤣🤣
My wife and I eat at least twice a week here, the food is great service is fast, we do a call in order every time and the lady that works there always tells us 10 minutes it will be ready, and it is always ready. Their food is fresh and hot, made to order, they have really got an awesome Restaurant staff that works together really well to provide the locals with great meals. We love this place. Also they recently added a small dining area if you want to eat in instead of carry out. Oh before I forget try their sweet tea it is really good.
I have eaten here multiple times, and the food is consistently good.
We just finished a delicious Christmas lunch from No. 1 Chinese. I placed a large online order and it was ready for pick-up within 20 minutes. Staff is friendly and carried the order out to my car. I think the prices are reasonable, and the food is tasty. My family enjoyed our nontraditional Christmas feast.
Great place to eat! The food is always always good, it's ready in no time. The employees actually wear a mask (including the cooks!) and have set social distancing guidelines in the store. Nice people and great food! Highly recommend
The food has been good. I will agree they do have an attitude. And are very short with you. But long as the food is good I can deal with the rude employees 😒 .
