Great customer service and very clean. is under new management with all new employees. They get you in and out of their as quick as possible. Is definitely the best subway in Smithfield.

We came in with a big to-go order and Cheyenne and Brandon had a very good spirit and vibe about it. They were attentive and fast pace and got in done in a timely manner. We always eat at Subways when traveling. This was by far THE BEST Subway we have been to. We were welcomed immediately upon entering and taken care of right away. The food was delicious, the store was clean including the female bathroom, and the service was very friendly. THE BEST time date!!

So I came to this subway location specifically because of all the marketing that subway did to promote the new 12 subs on the menu and the fact that today was get a free sub between 10a and 12p. Both Owner and staff of Smithfield Subway very friendly! Greeted everyone at lunchtime as they came in. He was cutting up fresh tomatoes and cucumbers as I was being served. That says a lot. A wonderful example of what a Subway can be. The ladies there were polite, I had to wait for fresh bread because they refused to use old bread from the day before. It was wonderful.

This is my second time coming in here since the change in management and i must say it's a great improvement! Everything is fresh and the customer service is awesome. The store is clean and well maintained.
