We came here with 13 people for my daughters birthday lunch and the staff is amazing! Took the order, read it back...got every single order correct and went above and beyond in every way! Welcome to Smithfield, we will be back!!

While we were in these parts of town, we found my wife's most favorite fast food place - Panera Bread. She couldn't order her typical meal, which is the margherita flatbread pizza. It was unavailable. However, to our surprise a favorite had returned. The seasonal Autumn Squash Soup was back and it was quickly ordered from both our ends.
My better half went with the big bowl which included bread. I went for the 2 in 1 that included a soup along with a turkey avocado sandwich.
Her meal was washed down with a passion papaya iced green tea and mine with a blood orange charged splash. It was my first time trying that.
The employee taking our order did advise me that it was high on caffeine. The drink was okay but I would probably go with my regular fountain flavors the next time.
Speaking of the employee, she was attentive to our order and really pleasant to deal with. We ordered through their drive-thru and our order came in a timely manner.
We will definitely be back when we're around those parts of town again.
I visited with my Husband and Sister. The restaurant was very clean and the cashier was friendly. The food was so good. The broccoli are cheddar soup is always a hit. My sandwich was made with love. At least it tasted like it was.☺ Great restaurant! Thanks Panera.
I love the broccoli and cheddar soup. They also have a cookie call everything but the kitchen sink it is so delicious
Love the place, service is fast. Food is amazing, I always get a Chicken Ceaser Salad and it's awesome 👌
Probably the nicest Panera I've ever been too. The decor is very open and airy. They even bring your food to your table because they give you a little tracker so they can see where you're sitting. My only complaint is that I got a bread bowl and they don't give you enough soup to fill it all the way up. I had the mac'n'cheese for the first time and it is amazing.
If you are looking for a sandwich or soup, Panera is a good option. Great staff. Touch screens to place your order. Quick service and nice staff.
The soup was hot and delicious! The staff was very courteous and helpful. Great stop after driving for hours!!
I will respectfully say the food is delicious. The service sometimes is the problem. During these critical times of COVID-19 I should not receive bread with my meal, as though dropped in the with “No” wrapping. Please do better!
Great customer service. We stopped for a late dinner while travelling home. Food was good as was the service. My son dropped his wallet on the seat though. When I called to ask about it they found it and agreed they could mail it to us. I offered to pay all shipping. Desiree (sp) was so great, she took it to the Post Office and mailed it to us. She wouldn't let me pay for it. What kindness!! Thanks for everything!
I like this location and typically have a nice meal here. The restaurant is always clean and service is usually good. During this last visit we did have to wait a considerable amount of time for our food to be prepared. We arrived before noon and there seemed to be a lot of catering and pick up orders being placed.
Another great Panera Bread, never any issues with orders. Staff very welcoming and friendly.
