Starbucks - Smithfield - Photo album

I had to ask for a sleeve for my hot coffee cup. Most of the hot cups in the shop did not have sleeves. Does Starbucks have a "ask for hot cup sleeves" policy now? Also my drink instructions weren't followed....why ask how we want our drinks if you are not going to follow our requests?

They leave the milk out on the counter for God knows how long. Yuck. Orders always wrong at this location
