Best Carvel location anywhere. Fully staffed by an energetic group of people. Always friendly and ice cream is always super fresh. They also have special flavors of soft serve and they don't skimp on the portions
Best place to get fresh novelties. Disappointed that they eliminated the smaller size cone/dish and price point so find myself ordering the kids size 😕
It's a good , very busy store , I just hope they would get their service better, because there always has some line to wit for .

I highly recommend this Carvel! Overall they are a great location. I have had 1 small issue and the owner reached out to me personally. I truly appreciate a owner that puts their customers first. The staff has always been super friendly and the store always looks clean. I will definitely be going back for many years to come.

So happy with the serves at this Carvel. I called around and no one would make up an ice cream cake with beach balls on it. The Hauppauge location said no problem and did a beautiful job. So happy the cake was perfect. Very nice people!!!

Easy to see right off of Veterans Memorial Highway servicing Hauppauge and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.
