Went there to get a gift card, but was met with POOR customer service. Sign clearly indicates they close at 9pm, I got there at 8:40pm, knock on the door, person inside ignored me, went to drive-thru they didn't respond. Walked up to the window where the person was sitting and the person acted as if he couldn't hear or understand me.

The Coffee was outstanding. Customer service awesome clean place. Employees keep surface wiping the tables and both sides of door handle as well as the CC keypad! I really like the attitude first thing Sunday Morning. Y'all will enjoy it.

Good food, good pastries, good coffee. What more can you ask for? I have been pleased with my interactions with the manager, but some of the employees here refuse to wear a mask or wear one only over their mouth not their nose. At least they are willing to put on one when you ask.

I ordered food for the office. Hash Browns were old, the sandwich bread was rubbery and one sandwich looked like it had fallen on the floor then wrapped up. The only thing good was the coffee even the donuts seemed old.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The most disrespectful drive through personnel to date. How could you be working in customer service and lack customer service skills? My review is from today 1/22/21 about 30 minutes ago, when I went through the drive through and the personnel taking my order not only told myself to hold on for more than a few minutes, but also was extremely dismissive to where I could barely finish a sentence. RE EVALUATE YOUR STAFF, highly unacceptable. If you can go to the other Dunkin' or Starbucks altogether.
