They were closed for no apparent reason or purpose, yet they had "Yes we're open" signs posted and we were able to take our place in queue and walk up behind others who were waiting to have their orders taken by a phantom employee

I hit this starbucks up before work frequently and it's a convenient location. Unfortunately, I've had many drinks made incorrectly and it's nearly impossible to get them remade during peak rush hours.
They don't have dark roast coffee and usually if they are out they make it for the customer but they didn't do it for me I don't know why?
Had an absolutely lovely experience with Quay as our Barista. She was very fun and personable and answered my sister's questions very politely and amiably.
Would come in here JUST for the Starbucks.
