I ordered from this Krystal's on south cobb Drive and received this!!!!!(pics provided) so when I got home I called the store to let them know that my chili dog were old..... Paul told me that I couldn't get a replacement nor a refund without a receipt which by the way I was never given and that I couldn't talk with the manager because he is currently Deaf .... I then asked for corporate number because if you are making this to sell to someone you are sick and playing wi6my money and my life with these 3 day old hotdogs .... he told me he has no number for any one and started talking with the deaf guy.... at this point I'm over it because if u can converse with him so can I.... so someone name Niya(which I dont think this is any of their names) and said just bring your receipt( that they never gave) and we can replace it .... do go to this location and by the looks of the food they probably dont wash their hands 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..... THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD IS THE WORST!!!!!! AND NO MANAGER TO Assess the situation

Food was very good. Only problem was having to eat in my truck. Inside dining is closed. When I get home I can eat inside. Crazy.

Horrible service from Manarger. Very rude, I was not greeted when I pulled up to the Drive-thru. I asked for a couple packs of grape jelly and she said check the bag before I ask for any thing. Her demeanour was extremely sour. I guess because I frequent chick fillet A a lot I expect more from from a service provider. Maybe she need a Chick-fil-A employee training Handbook. (6:15 am-Friday 2.5.2021)

The food was good but the young lady at the window left it open as she complained about having to stay past 1pm (which I'm guessing was the time she was supposed to get off work). She probably said every curse word she knew with us as her audience. Sad

I tell you, they always get my order right. And once you come in often they will know you and the morning drive-thru young lady is very nice to you and wishes you a morning and it really brightens my day from past experiences
