We have lived here in Smyrna and have never eaten here before.
I have no idea why it took us so long?
It was the absolute best pizza I have (Ever) eaten in my 48 years.
We were getting new tires put on our RV across the street so decided to stop in for lunch while we waited.
The lunch buffet was still being served.
OMG... We have never tasted such delicious pizza like this before! We will definitely be back and will most definitely be ordering delivery as well.
We still have no idea how we have managed to never eat here in our eight years of living here?
This will definitely never happen again. We are telling all our friends and family about ya'll.

What a great neighborhood place. Food is so fresh and top quality. We are officially hooked on the Greek pizza. The staff is so friendly. We have found our pizza place!
My wife and I tried this place 4 years ago, when we were at my softball tournament. We live in Louisville KY, where we have a few good pizza spots. I have had pies in a bunch of states, and even in Chicago Illinois, at a couple world famous spots. 4 years ago, I swore Salvos had the best pizza I've had. We walked in, and an older Italian man was humping his but and made us the best pie we have ever had. Fast forward to today. We came in and made this place our last stop, before heading back to Louisville. I have to say, my only compliant would be, tgat we didn't order another XL pie to bring home. Man, this place is amazing, even after 4 years of being able to relax and live off your success. Which this place has not. Please keep it up, and we will see you again, soon.
After seeing countless raving reviews on a community Facebook page, we decided to give this place a try. We were definitely not disappointed!! Very large selection for the price and the food was delicious!! Pizza crust was perfect, pasta dishes were amazing and I don't know what kind of dressing is on the green salad but YUM! I will be sure to recommend this place to friends and will definitely be back.
Great buffet!!! Their food is great, always fresh out of the oven. Plus they still cook the pizza in a oven, not rolling on a conveyor belt like alot of other pizza places cook theirs. I highly recommend you eat there.

I love this place!!! So much topping I had to take some off!!! Great service and the only waitress was very busy but still gave us great service with a smile!!! I have nothing but great things to say about our dining experience!!!
The pizza is absolutely phenomenal along with the the employees there. Definately the best pizza place in town. I reccomend getting dessert afterwards too!

2 huge slices of authentic N.Y. pie yesterday for lunch-delicious. Friendly employees always willing to help/suggest buffet etc. Do yourself a favor and get lunch here....you won't regret it!

Delicious Food... felt like being back home in Massachusetts with the authentic flavor. We got the "Salvos Stromboli" which was stuffed FULL of ingredients, served with nice fresh tomato sauce, an Antipasto Salad with house made Italian dressing and garlic bread which was so good, and a slice of pizza made fresh. We stopped in from out of town.. so our only complaint is there isn't one closer!

We were passing through from FL to IN on Christmas Day. We stopped at a hotel for the night and found Salvo's Pizza to be just about the only place open. We ordered online and had it delivered to our hotel. The service was excellent and the food was amazing! If we are ever back in the area, we will have more!
Best Italian food you will find in Nashville or the surrounding areas. (And it's a pizza spot)

Being from PA we have dined in many pizzerias throughout Jersey and NY. Salvos brings me back home every time. The atmosphere when dining in is just as authentic as their pizza pies/pasta and with great service too!

I ordered the Large Vegetarian New York Style pizza, half with cheese and half without cheese. The ratio of toppings was just right, the sauce was delicious, however the crust was way too hard. I would still order again though. But maybe next time, I'll get the Small Stromboli with Spinach, Onions, Green Peppers and Green Olives no cheese for my Vegan friend and a Small Cheese Calzone with Spinach, Onions, Green Peppers and Green Olives for myself.
The pizza is really good and the employees are friendly and fast. I did have to take a star off because whenever I go there is always trash around the outside of the building. It makes me feel like I'm in the ghetto and my food is not going to be prepared in a clean environment.
Very friendly staff, clean & not a long wait. I did a carry out. You can see them preparing your food as you wait. Next time I will ask for less tomatoes because my pizza was a little too wet. I asked for extra spinach it wasn't that much extra spinach so next time I will triple the spinach and no tomatoes.
It was a nice place mostly. Wouldn’t recommend to someone who has a busy day ahead of them. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza, and it took about a whole hour to get my food. The other times I’ve been here, I had to leave so I wouldn’t be late for meetings. Other than that the food is delicious.
We had a wonderful experience at Salvo’s this evening. There was one waitress and a fairly crowded restaurant. She did an amazing job! Our food was delicious and our drinks were never empty. We will definitely visit here again next time we are in town.
