Sandwiches are the best & the employees are so welcoming
Our small group was meeting yesterday to visit with a couple who had moved out of the area, but was back for a day to visit.
We decided to have Firehouse Sub Sandwiches and our small group leader placed the order to be picked-up at 2:00pm yesterday. When he arrived, they had not started making the sandwiches, but we're able to get the order completed relatively quickly.
When it came time to pay, the manager said there would be no charge since they did not do what they said they would do.
I know they made a mistake, but in my view, that was a Five Star reaction to a mistake.
Thank You Firehouse Subs if Smyrna for making a mistake into a pleasant surprise for all our small group members.

Delicious, came exactly when the open. Lady where ready for there opening. Very clean and it get busy. So far happy to come back. Love it.
Their subs are like food to my soul. Customer service will meet you with a smile and double checks your order to make sure it is correct. It also has a great team of workers.

I have ordered the Italian sub from several different sub shops. Subway, Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's, and here at Firehouse. Firehouse has the best Italian sub hands-down. The service was top notch. If you choose to eat in, the restaurant was very clean and social distancing is being practiced. I took mine to go. I have found a new sub shop. It's also not real expensive compared to the other 3 I tried. The sub was hot and very tasty.
Good subs. Decent prices. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. It was my first time eating here. I'd order food from this place again sometime.

Chili and my sandwich was great. My mom ordered just a roast beef sandwich and got turkey and ham with 1 slice of roast beef but we didn't think to check before leaving the store and didn't know until we got home.
