I go here often. Usually great service. Young girl in the afternoon needs some customer service skills.. Like " how can I help you" instead of just staring at a customer. Store was really dirty in the late afternoon. Shoes sticking to the floor, and dirty bowls of water at the register. I get it in
I suppose I like my drinks too complicated. DD (here and other locations) often have a hard time when I ask for customized drinks. It's best to order simply. You have to specifically ask for napkins for messy Boston Creme donuts, too.

If you don't take sugar, like I don't, make sure to specify that. That doesn't go for this location alone, however. It seems that the default amount of sugar for coffee at any Dunkin Donuts is "too much". When is made correctly, it is good coffee.
Hard working staff and busy location. Equipment doesn't always work. As I was leaving, their toaster broke. They couldn't make sandwiches for ~45 minutes. During breakfast rush hour.
