Mobile order was prepared quickly and ready when we arrived in the drive thru. There was a line of 5 cars, but it moved fairly quickly. The speaker at the drive thru was very full of static and hard to understand, but the employee at the drive thru window was friendly.
The only reason I gave them 3stars and is because this visit was for someone else and not myself. Had I got to put there ever so delicious donuts in my stomach and had my favorite iced caramel coffee, then it would be 5 stars all the way.
They are ALWAYS SLOW and NEVER have the new flavors in... Food was cold, doughnuts were stale, minimal variety of doughnuts and the service wasn't that good. Prices are way too high for the quality you receive there.
