I have avoided Burger King for about 15 years now.. Not this location but others.. I went here and was very pleased and surprised. Not a dry burger like in Sussex County. Lewes, Rehoboth, Seaford.. Those idiots over cook their stuff. Dry burgers are the worst. This place somebody knows how to do it. Juicy and hot off the grill. It was nice. Might think about dropping by every so often now. Also the staff was real friendly. Smiles on everyone and they were very positive.

Employees (kids) were more interested in playing around and flirting with each other. My order took 25 minutes and it had to be returned and done again. Store was dirty, dispensers were empty and the soda machine was not working correctly...
This is becoming a trend to all the Burger Kings I have been to in the last year.

This Burger King in Smyrna DE on Dupont Hey was the worst cutomer service I ever seen in my life. The staff refused to help a senior citizen who came in and didn't know how to use the kiosk. When she asked help they ignored her. When I came to her aide they pretended as if they couldn't hear me and when I pleaded for someone to come help, the cashier refused to leave from behind the counter. Even after the cashier saw that the requested options were not on the kiosk he still didn't come to assist. The manager was there to witness the encounter and her only response was "well everything is on the kiosk" and simply walked away. The elderly customer left the store with no food.

This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The staff is rude starting from the drive thru window all the way until you get your food. Don't even think about talking to a manager because it'll be a waste of your time she's just as rude. You pay for fresh, hot food you'll get the opposite. Stay away from this establishment. A waste of space, this could've been a Chick-fil-A!

100% got food poising from this place as did my coworker. Would recommend you NEVER eat here they obviously have no care for what they are serving. If you scroll through other reviews people have been served moldy and cold food.

I went through the drive thru and observed an employee sitting on the front counter. I tried to express my concern to drive thru employee but was ignored. I decided to go inside to speak to a manager only to learn it was the drive thru employee. Needless to say my concerns about cleanliness and lack of professiobalism went on deaf ears. I will not be returning to this location!

Just left trying to order a chicken fry meal and was told they don’t have any, in which I replied okay then and was met with a comment “yep” so I left. Horrible customer service and attitude.

We went through the drive through which was a little slow. As with many establishments during this pandemic they seemed a little under staffed. The staff they have however were pleasant and food was hot and correct.
