I rarely get takeout or even go out to dinner since my husband and I enjoying cooking at home. However, we bought a bucket of chicken last Friday night to go with sides that we prepared at home. I was so impressed with the customer service that I feel obligated to do this review. Super nice older gentleman was our cashier and a sweet young gal delivered the bucket to my car. The young gal ran out twice to my car since she wanted to clarify my order. They still had 4 minutes left on the crispy chicken when I went through the drive-thru. Fantastic customer service! I can't wait to return someday to try the potpie as I heard these potpies are amazing!
Have always had such a great experience at this particular KFC, in all the years coming here they've always had amazing, friendly employees and you're always treated right. I eat a lot of fast food, and it's rare to find such consistently great service. Met the owner/manager tonight (can't remember which he was) Tom who made my night with a free meal, couldn't be happier and will continue to support this local restaurant every week until I'm too fat to fit in the drive thru 🙂
