Review Whataburger - Snyder

We love Whataburger, but this visit was not good at all. First off, we waited longer than we should have for our food. When we ordered there weren’t any fries in the bin so I thought, good, mine will be fresh. Nothing worse than cold stale fries. I saw the girl put the fries under the light, but still no food. The fries just sat there getting colder and colder. I was hoping those were not going on my tray. Finally I went up to get my order. Our tray was sitting there with all of the food on it except the fries. I asked what the hold up was and told them my fries were just getting colder and colder. The girl said she just pulled them, which was not true because I watched her do it. She kind of shoved the tray at me. I ate couple fries, they were lukewarm, the girl was gone so I told a guy to tell her that my fries were cold and he just looked at me. I took the tray back to our table, not wanting to cause a big scene. When we got into our food, we noticed that the gravy was like milk. It just sort of splashed over the biscuit. The visit was just unpleasant. We were very disappointed.

6:00 am I pull up to the front of the store to go in and use the restroom and was going to grab breakfast. doors were still locked and I grabbed my phone to see the website on the times. they open at 5:00 it says, but apparently not this one. the "kids" running it looked at my all crazy when I said through the door it's says 5:00 he just shrugged his shoulders and turned around and walked off. WOW. !! great customer service.

We had fantastic service going here. The food was amazing and i definitely recommend going when you are looking for something quick and delicious to eat.

I absolutely love whataburger but this location is not the bee's knees. Maybe I have bad luck but the fries are always cold. Not the best customer service.

This was just a casual place to come eat while waiting for the star wars movie to start, right off the bat I noticed their soda machine was excessively filled with ice. After tasting the root beer I understood it was mostly carbonation. Although after acquiring my meal I was filled to the brim after one burger and halfway through eating it the ice problem was resolved

Ordered a burger with everything and added grilled onions. First they forgot to give me my French fries. So I went inside to get them. Then when I arrived at the hotel starving, my burger only had 2 patties, ketchup and onions. What happened to the rest? Was too tired and hungry to go back. :(

I ordered my food before customers begind me in line and I got my food last No ice in the ice machine and it took them 20 minutes to fill it up. Fries were cold and we went in the morning when the should've been fresh.

Food was good, but you could tell employees didn't care about customer or the store, we had to clean a table, store was dirty.

I am absolutely disappointed today. This is the second day in a row that my burgers have been wrong but today is absolutely ridiculous. I get home and i dont know what burgers they gave me but they weren't right not only that the buns are super hard like they are absolutely stall. Pat the manager seems very sympathetic about my order yet when I got home with the NEXT meal I got that was suppose to be right was wrong yet again. And it was even worse than the first one!!! And the second order didn't even have the right burger in it at all!!!! And the fries- absolutely disgusting. I have no clue what the deal is with this place. Buns are hard as a rock they screwed everything up on it twice it's ridiculous will not be coming back again. I can't even eat my burger and have to go spend money somewhere else so I can actually have food that is decent. This is absolutely pathetic.

The food itself tastes fine, but they screw up the order every single time. We're done going to this place.

Worst Whataburger in Texas. Never get your order right. When you call they don’t answer the phone. I had to call the corporate office to complain.

This was the worst service and the dirtiest store I have witnessed in a very long time. Would not recommend nor ever go back. I wouldn't even give it one star.

Ok so the food itself is the saving grace but that's about it. I have gotten food from here 5 times in the past couple of months and dam near everytime one of the workers has completely screwed up my order I mean how hard is it to understand NO ONIONS EXTRA PICKLES! Not No pickles extra tomatoes! Or Extra Onions no pickles! Thank god I don't have a food allergy to onions I'd been dam dead by now! This is no longer an ok let us fix it issue because of one mistake, this is a let's figure out how to redeem ourselves in a massive way situation!

Sure wish just for once the drive through would get an order right!
