Review Dairy Queen - Snyder

First off, the guy that took our order was great!! He was kind, courtious, etc... we waited 35 min for 1 order. Nobody wants to work he was telling us at drive up window... so there were only 2 people trying there best to please the customers that were showing up...

Young girl for drive thru orders. She could not understand English and spoke it marginally. Order took a long time to place at the counter and prep. time was long. A place not worth remembering - except to avoid if you should be in a hurry.

Well, they went up on their prices, a 6pc stk finger bskt used to be 1099$ or so and yesterday, I paid 15.11, when I paid I thought, well as long as it's fresh, but I waited out front for 30 minutes cause they told me to pull up and they'd bring it out, thinking I'd get fresh food since I waited so long, no, fries were cold, no butter on the toast, I was disappointed, I thought, I paid as much as I would have paid in an actual full dine in restaurant, and waited longer, but still got old fries, and for that price 😟🤔, not happy, thumbs down to the dairy queen on coliseum Dr in Snyder Texas.

Service was good, food was same oh same oh, Eating area was clean, bathrooms needs some help!

Great job. Quick service and good food. Seems quality is a challenge in fast food these days.

Good service. Clean restaurant. It was busy, they looked short handed but still got our food in a timely manner.

I travel through the town mystery Queen was in and I enjoy the food there at the services fast and one of the most important things is the parking lot is big and empty

After waiting 30 min to get my food. My fries was burnt, I wanted everything except lettuce on my burger and got nothing.

Bathrooms were real messy, and the gravy was watered down, had no consistency!

Was so looking forward to a medium chocolate dipped ice cream cone. It was just a blob. Looked like this. 💩 hanging off the side of the cone. Very disappointing after looking forward to it after a hard day. I used to work at Dairy Queen in high school. We were trained how to make a pretty cone that stood tall.
