We stopped at this burger King last weekend to eat after driving for 6 hours with my kids and we got the worse service. After we ordered we waited for 30 minutes and our food wasn't ready. I got mad when I noticed the 5 group of people that came after us were already eating and we were still waiting
There's always some kinda issue at this particular location. They were out of burgers. Another time, the grill wasn't working. Another time, they had no fries. Now they're advertising these new BK burgers using regular/small size burgers. I was insulted buy these lil burgers that they want $7 for.
The service was good despite the fact they were low on employees. Our food came out in a timely manner. Thank you.
Loved the way they provided top customer service here. I come from a big city and normally rural fast food restaurants are frustrating but this one was a delight. Food was what is to be expected. Nice clean place.
Not a very fast pace fast food joint, Didn't get to dine in or take out due to the looks of it...lack of employees. Might be best to hire anyone that walks across the border that are looking for a job.
I gave a family a ride that had broke down on the side of the road. I called later to tell them someone had got the car picked up. When I asked if the people was still there with the suitcases I was told we don’t have time to check we are working👎👎👎👎
Extremely slow on taking my order and on actually getting my food. It took over 30 minutes to get my order and the food was cold?
