Ive been going to the docs place for 7yrs now !!!!!! And i have never had a bad meal.....ive now been there about 15-20 times in that 7yr time frame.....i have only ordered the PRIME RIB OF PORK as an entree and EVERYTIME is comes out deliciously delightful......from the calamari and there amazing muscles to there spicy shrimp for small plates......the docs place never seems to fail......it really is my fav place to eat ........ps just went there 2 days in a row!!! And guess wat i ate !!!! Best place ever !!!!!!!!!

One of our favorite places to go on our weekends at the shore! This family run business treats its customers like family. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a fireplace in the winter or a water side table almost all year round. The menu offers a nice variety and the food is always so good! We love it so much we just started going for breakfast too. We always thought that Docs breakfast was "brunch" offering more food than most people should reasonably eat, but you actually just order off the menu. Comparable in price to local restaurants with a view, offering quality food and atmosphere.

The food is just as amazing as the staff. The menu is always changing and the atmosphere is just fabulous. We can’t say enough great things.

The martinis were so tasty and the Crab Newburg was fabulous! Great bar tender, server, and music. Beautiful atmosphere. We will return!

Somers Pt. Favorite. This place has excellent food & a warm ambiance to go with it. Must try the crab cakes! You can tell everything prepared here is done with the customer in mind. Guys, good place to take your girlfriends :)

THE BEST PLACE TO EAT IN OCEAN CITY, NJ Trust Me, I’m an award winning chef, also, Make sure You Ask For Greg, and Plan to tip him well, because He is the single best server I’ve ever had! Here’s Why…. First, With your phone in Hand, Plan when you’re done reading this review to have a time in mind, call, and reserve a table Here, I’m not kidding, ask for Greg, His value is going to go through the roof with people competing for his incredible service by the time I’m done writing this review! There’s tons of Rilplaces to choose from in Ocean City, Look no further, After the first night, I already put in a reservation for a second night out of a little 4 night getaway from Lancaster County PA, I even did what I’m telling you to do, ask for their senior most server, Greg!, He’s the Best Server I’ve ever been lucky enough to have, You’ll agree by the end of this! From when I entered and met their absolutely fabulous Hostess Riley, She greeted me with a smile and understood the apprehension of a first timer not recalling know what to do or where to sit, She grabbed the best seat in the house available right away for me and in short order sent an equally memorable Mary Jo, The Owners’ Mother, Rileys Grandmother to the table, trust me when I say, You will not forget this Marvelous Soul, Either of them, They’re incredible!, Olivia Made sure there wasn’t an empty plate sitting around anywhere and was lightning fast, and Greg, Our server is really where the most memorable dining experience either of us have had in years begins, He had the best recommendations, They bring bread and super flavorful Olive oil to the table, They allow you to split the Wedge salad and it’s Huge, You’ll want to!, Greg Understood right away I’m a chef and I didn’t just want a rack of lamb with Mint Jelly, He said (pulling from his years of knowledge and follow through but for having him, I would’ve never had this unbelievable, kind-blowing meal) ….You know a couple of years ago we offered the lamb as lollipops where it was encrusted, Kind of like You’re suggesting, He went to their All Star Chef in the Kitchen and It was no problem, and came out in a reasonable amount of time, It was perfectly crusted, just as if they’ve read the cookbook page I had in my mind and in my Heart of the best preparation of Rack of Lamb I ever had, This was it!!!! Thank You Greg, You are Truly Deserving of every ounce of applause and success you ever Receive and Great Big Tips, because You are THE BEST! I am so grateful, You will love him, you’ll love this place, and You won’t believe the food, We never order dessert, it was good!, But where The Doc’s is known City Wide for, are their Legendary Entrees, You can’t go wrong, everyone, including my husband will tell you their “Beef-like-marbled” Pork Chop is the best Thing on the menu, If they have the time and inventory, I can tell You Their Rack of Lamb, Made the “Chef Dan” way Is the single best preparation I’ve ever had, Twice! Best find in Somers Point! Food is fantastic, drinks even better! Bartenders, Toni and Mary Beth are the best I have ever met! Their martinis are perfect, food is incredible, fan of bar menu but also had the regular menu tonight that was incredible. Chopped salad with chicken is my staple because it is gigantic and delicious. Tried the chicken francaise tonight that was amazingly delicious. I need to expand my menu but tend to stick with favorites! Creature of habit! You can’t go wrong here and has a very cozy, beach vibe with bartenders that are very attentive and remember your name!

Went to Doc's for Dinner with my daughter on Friday night. It was raining but we sat on porch. Plenty warm enough . We both had Swordfish...didn't need sauce and cheese. Gave it 3⭐️. Dessert coffee and Waitress excellent...Great time💯✌️
