Excellent shrimp quesadilla which is the size of a large sandwich. It is cut in half so sharing is easy. The the corn soup is also very good. The staff are cheerful and fast. There are a few tables and more counter height options.
Great food, great service, great vibes! Ordered a burrito and it's top three I've ever tried. Look forward to coming again!
MOBILE PICK-UP ORDER REVIEW
For my first time trying Sabroso, I ordered via their website (Chow Now) and was pleasantly surprised with the entire process. I ordered and less than 10 minutes later when I arrived, my food was ready despite there being a line of at least 8 people in store (also, it's great to see the place so busy).
I ordered a steak burrito bowl with Guac and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of food and the flavor of it all. The steak was tender and the guac was fresh. I think I would have been happy ordering anything on the menu.
I can't wait to go back.
YES. Loved the carnitas burrito. Super tasty. I’m usually drenching the burritos at places like these with salsas and Tabasco. But this burrito didn’t need it, super tasty. It’s probably too soon to call, but if it’s this delicious consistently, would choose this over Chipotle or Qdoba easily.
Best legit mexican casual eatery around somerville, friendly guest, never any wait, top notch burritos and tacos.
Ordered ahead, food was ready when we arrived. Chew quesadilla includes guac which we loved but beware of you have picky eaters who want only cheese in there (fun toddler age)
Shrimp salad was very good, shrimp were cooked perfectly and not chewy.
Bran and rice burrito was approved by our other picky eater.
I had the carnitas grande burrito. The carnitas was some of the best I've ever had. Every other protein looked great as well. It's not that the rice and beans and other stuff was bad. I just didn't think it matched the tastiness of the carnitas. Again nothing was bad here everything tasted amazing. This is miles above any Chipotle clone. Would recommend and bring friends here.
