Ordered Mike's speciality combination pizza and it was super yummy. The crust is crispy and just the right thickness. Toppings were plentiful and hearty. Highly recommend this place for pizza if you are in the area. Prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly and helpful. This place is AWESOME!! Don’t know why I haven’t rated it before now. I always order a large pepperoni with black olives, no sauce (I’m allergic to basil). Couple months ago, I decided to order bacon on it. It was REAL bacon (thick crumbles), and allot of it. I always get a medium bake. One time they overcooked it. I called and they redid it. No rudeness, or impatience, just professional and friendly. I also get a senior discount. This pizza is the bomb! I always have plenty of leftovers the next day. I’ve tried allot of pizzas, and Mike’s is way up on my list. You can’t go wrong. Delicious!!!

Pizza is really good. Gralic on meatball pie was scrumptious. Counter serve. Limited but adequate beer/wine. Down side is high prices. A 24oz beer was $11. Glass of local wine, $8. Our tab for two pies and a beverage each was $70.

Mikes is going downhill, fast. Subtract one star for cleanliness and sanitation; the open kitchen is filthy, strewn with paper, food and garbage which the cooks and waitresses step over and kick out from underfoot. Forget hair nets worn by the hirsute cooks. Subtract another star for service; heaven forbid that they've made a mistake on your order and it becomes "Your Fault", or that the discount "Rad" program is down and you have to pay in cash, which you didn't bring with you, or the surly argumentative waitress who tells you your late pizza "isn't burnt, it's just well done". And finally substrate a third star for their pricing; Your're told over the phone one price but when you get there it's seven dollars more than they told you, and the surly girl tells you "our pricing really went up this week, and the pizza is just will done". I'm taking my business and "Rad" card to Jamestown or Frappys pizza from now on.

We are from South San Francisco visiting the area and decided to try Mike’s pizza of Sonora. Glad we did. It was very good. Definitely would order again

I was sceptical about going back after Jim sold the place but I have to say they still make a great pizza and I really like how they changed the burgers. I was partial to the oval patty on a sandwich roll that used to be served there but was more than impressed with the jalapeno garlic burger I was served.

I had a problem with mountain mikes pizza and accidentally emailed Mike's Pizza. The owner was awesome and gave me a free pizza even though it was the other place that I had a problem with. Their Pizza is great and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have eaten here on and off for 14 years. the food is excellent, I like to call it California Pizza, crisp,chewy crust, hearty portions of toppings. I usually get the Combo or BBQ Chicken combo. but everything is so good here. the front persons are smiling and friendly. the banter behind the counter is SO small town fun. I LOVE THIS PLACE. really nice beer selection too.

OMG the best in Sonora we eat there all the time tried almost every pizza THE BEST PIZZA. Jim is the best he greets us all the time and talks to my daughter every time we come in.

Second time that I have been to Mike's Pizza and I am incredibly disappointed. Pizza was overpriced for less than quality and was almost 2 hours pass the order time. We had a large party and it was game day, which I have taken into account as I write the review but we were also reserved for 10 people and had been there way longer then other people. A friend had gone the same night and got her pizza 20 minutes after her order after arriving way later then we did. Ended up getting sick after finally getting our pizza. Huge bummer for this place. I have no intention of going back. I'll pack a lunchable if invited out to this parlor.

Best pizza I have had. We eat there regularly and have never been disappointed. We have eaten pizza all around the USA and still love Mikes the best.

When we go on vacation and have pizza we always say the same thing "not as good as mikes pizza!" They know what they are doing! So good you will eat till you want to pop!

Very good pizza, alot of choices of unique toppings. Salad bar is very fresh and they have good BBQ.
