This taco bell is like any other. Service is always decent, but still disappointed they removed green sauce and Mexican pizza from the menu among other delicious items. Also, they consistently will forget an item that has been ordered, so we try and remember to double check our bag before driving away.
The older gentleman who has worked there a very long time and appears to be in a managerial position is always kind and courteous and assures the customer is satisfied. For him alone I give an extra star, otherwise I would give only 3 stars.
My fiancé and I went to Taco Bell tonight, around 7:50/8. We had wonderful service. The gentleman behind the counter was kind and patient with me (I tend to be indecisive) The order was perfect! Thank you to the gentleman that helped us and also for the staff in the back for preparing our food with adjustments. Taco Bell in Sonora does it right!!!! 🤘🏻
