We won’t return. Happened upon this place after stopping in the middle of nowhere driving from Vegas to Houston. Sept 24-25, 2019: We were in Sonora to see the Caverns. Our hotel had weak coffee, so on a quest for coffee we found the Bump Gate. It was fabulous! We returned the next day and had spectacular pancakes, toast, bacon-cooked-just-right, and coffee of course! They have Texan-rustic decor, which I love
It was very busy when I stopped by, both with people dining in and the phone ringing off the hook with to go orders. Staff was all friendly and on top of things. I ordered a selection of the "cold case creations" to eat later and everything was delicious. I'll certainly be stopping by again on my
Food was good, but it took almost half an hour to get two omelettes, and I had to get my own coffee refill. We were the only customers there, so they can't blame it on the workload.
Cute restaurant with a cheerful atmostphere and attentive service. Food was light and tasty. Bronco sandwhich and chocolate meringue pie were really good!
Good sandwiches and food overall. Went here on our way to Big Bend for a nice lunch.
