My husband ordered an Italian sandwich. He didn't know they put mayo, we went back and asked if they can remake it. They did and they were cool with it. Thank you!

An hour for a sandwich to be delivered is not freaky fast. Takes longer to get a sandwich delivered than to have an entire pizza made and delivered. What a joke.

Most of the time good and fast. So I was surprised when I got home to be sold a sandwich used with stale bread. It was really hard to chew and the sandwich ingredients tasted funny. I would know, I get the same thing. I shouldn’t have to try my sandwich at the store to check for good quality. Sadly, my sandwich turned into dog food. Hopefully, workers learn to serve ingredients that they’re known for, good quality sandwiches.

48 minutes to deliver one sandwich and one soda. i was in the middle of work LITERALLY across the street. called twice, workers were not helpful. delivery man was not apologetic when it finally arrived and my soda was watered down from the ice melting. thanks but no thanks. wont order again.

Not reliable. A friend of mine ordered a sandwich from JJ (app. 1.5 miles away). An hour later, she called because the sandwich had not arrived (freaky fast???). The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude, believing that my friend was lying because he had no record of her order in the system. He offered to re-order the sandwich without even offering an apology. Taking my business to bar bici.

It was okay. I went in at around 10:30 pm and all the workers were being so rude. No good customer service whatsoever. One worker presented himself as being very aggrivated and wjen I tried to lighten the mood with a conversation, he walked away in the middle of my sentence. SO. RUDE.

Has saved me more than once during a very late night. They usually do deliver very quickly.
Keep the delivery instructions simple. ND students sometimes luck out and get a delivery person who's familiar with the campus and dorm names and all.
Pretty good sandwiches! I've never gotten a bad surprise.
