So here's the deal. I come in, and I typically get the same thing. Very simple. Only problem I have is, all the other beverages in the store has an awesome cool name to it. My drink which consists of 2 shots with Biggby Best. (Again very simple) South Haven has to be the best store I've been to. The Barristas, and Bro-istas, really set the atmosphere. It's warm, calm, and very down to Earth. No matter how bad of a day I am having, I can guarantee, when walking through the doors, it's doesn't matter. To the Owners, kudos to your very professional and upbeat staff. It may take a team to make coffee. But it takes a family to make the experience feel like home.

I stop into Biggby here quite often. Today I ordered two bragels as well as my usual drink order. I paid in cash and the barista who rang me up either forgot or didn't realize their toaster was not working at the moment. They were extremely quick to apologize, refund my money and tell me when the toaster would be back up and running (later the same day). That was good enough for me, however they also made sure I left with a handful of coupons for the inconvenience! Not only is the staff always cheerful and friendly, but they go above and beyond as far as customer service. I never have to wait more than two minutes for my drinks, even when they are extremely busy. I love the coffee and would continue coming here regardless, but thanks to the lovely baristas I always leave with a smile on my face. I'm very thankful we finally have a Biggby here locally, and they have definitely made a loyal customer out of me!

Got some coupons from a girl at the local farmer's market to go get some coffee later, and ten minutes after getting the coupons, the girl who handed them to me came back with two car carriers of iced coffees and a bag of sweetener and creamer. I didn't even have to go to the store to get great coffee, plus it was free. Customer for life, right here. Thank you so much.
Stop in here a few times a week, always awesome. Sarah is awesome! Always friendly she makes awesome coffees! Great addition to South Haven and that coming from someone that’s not a huge fan of chain restaurants.

The customer service is the best!!! I never walk out of there without a smile on my face or laughter in my gut! They really are a great crew!!! The drinks they make are great too! I went in once and couldn't decide between a Butter Bear or a Teddy Bear and they suggested a Sweet Tooth and now that is my typical order! I hope this crew never changes! I love my Biggby Coffee of South Haven!

My favorite coffee is the frozen Mocha, Mocha with fire. It has the pick me up needed to help me stay on top of my day. One could not talk about this place without also mentioning the friendly, upbeat staff that makes everyone leave with a smile on my face. Excellent customer service and products!!

Such a wonderful staff and great coffee. I moved to Benton harbor and have to go to the one in st.Joe and its deffinatly not the same. South haven is so clean and friendly and make your drinks and food like you matter its not just thrown together.

Good parking and good hours. Have stopped at 8:50 pm (10 minutes before closing) and gotten great service.
Biggby is one of my favorite morning places! U rock.
The service has always been very nice here. The new waffle sandwich not so much. Waffle was dry and milly. I still prefer McDonald's similar sandwich. Everything else food was or drink has been excellent. Just very very pricey. But I suppose what isn't these days? But if your a specialty coffee or tea drinker you won't be disappointed.
The bagel sandwiches are so good!! You can pretty much customize with whatever toppings they have available.
The drive-thru line backs up onto the road on busy mornings and can take quite a long time to get through. If you park in the Walgreens lot and walk across the driveway you can utilize the walk-up window for faster service.
Great coffee!!! Wish there was a Biggby’s in my neighborhood. It gets crazy busy in here but the staff is fast and friendly despite the rush. I walked here every morning to get coffee when I was in town. Their bagels and sandwiches are also very good. I highly recommend!!
Visited Michigan from Chicago and was recommended to visit biggby coffee. We went there for a drink and breakfast and everything was very good. The people there were super nice even recommended a dinner place which also turned out amazing.

Except for gas stations that is the only quick stop for coffee in the area, looks like it's always busy but they are moving pretty quickly and coffee is good so that is all I expect from places like this.

Traveling to Chicago and visited the Biggby in South Haven. It's only a drive thru and line was out to the road. We almost didn't go thinking it would be long wait but chanced it. It went VERY fast and the frozen drink we got was excellent.
My wife drives completely out of her way just to go to this specific store location! They are friendly they remember you and your order absolutely amazing 👏
The barristas at the 44th and Ivanrest store are FANTASTIC. When we walk through the door, they start my soy milk immediately. And they both created and named a drink for me. Gotta love fabulous customer service and delicious drinks.
