Mcintosh Winery - South Haven - Photo album

In every State there has to be a pioneer and Mcintosh Cellars was 1 of the 1st in Michigan. When Michigan only had a handful of Cidery‘s McIntosh was in that hand. I have enjoyed stopping here for the past 10 years every time im traveling through the area. It saddens me to find that Macintosh is for
Very cute tasting room and store out in the country surrounded by apple orchards. The dry ciders were delicious. Our server was a little less than smiley and happy to see us, but we had a good time anyway. Worth it for the ciders alone.
Pleasant surprise! Cute winery with covered outdoor/indoor seating. Tasting of 5 ciders/wines for $6. Shop for little local candles, glasses, honey, cheese, etc while you wait on your flight. FYI they are open until 5pm, not 4pm as Google states.
I stopped here because the winery is of the same name as me. Though I wasn't crazy about all their fruit wines, I enjoyed their ciders very much. It's not too far off the beaten path, so if you have time to kill it is an excellent pit stop.
Great place, tasted and bought some cider, also fantastic apple cider donughts!!
The ciders are really good, cold, and refreshing. The fruit wines are hit or miss with flavor and I was slightly disappointed with the iced cider. It's not as heavy as iced wine which is nice but I was hoping it would be as refreshing. Also, the pours were not the same for each tasting, which is $7
This place was awesome! The staff was so friendly, great laid back atmosphere, and the wine was phenomenal. The fruit wines were so different than any other winery I have tried. You truly tasted the fruit flavor. I will absolutely be back, and with friends!
Amazing winery! So many tasty wines. I will be returning.
One of our favorite places to stop. Raspberry wine is my favorite.
Great wine and fantastic staff! Drove in to learn they were closed for the day. Then another vehicle stopped with a van full of women celebrating a birthday; dad stepped out to tell us they were ‘Closed.’ Then decided to invite us in. Visit was short; however great! Planning to return very soon
This place is AWESOME! The ladies who work there are so friendly and easy to converse with and the products are delicious and of high quality. They offer a complimentary tasting of 4 wines as well as many other products. We ended up buying a jar of picked jalapeno asparagus as well as a bottle of bl
We were just passing through and decided to stop for some cider and wine! I'm so glad we did! The wine and ciders were delicious and the people working there were very personable. They even gave us suggestions for local food and wrote out directions for us. The atmosphere was relaxing and we enjoyed
Ciders, and cheeses, and wines, OH MY! Every taste was a good taste! And, my wife got a straight Perry that she loves! Very nice shady deck with an amazing breeze today! Once again, off the beaten path. But, I'm finding these kinds of places are the best places!
We really enjoy McIntosh cellars!Always a nice treat, with all their tasty fruit wines, and other goodies to purchase. Today was a lovely day to visit for a few tastings. The gal that was pouring for us was completely pleasant and friendly, asking us questions about where we had been tasting previously,
As far as the taste and quality of the ciders go, I hesitated to rate 5 stars. I was not super impressed with the hard cider and on that merit alone, McIntosh rates a 3 or 4. However, the full extent of their offerings from free tastings (unheard of in 2018), live music, kid's activities and local M
