It's no wonder the store is always empty unfriendly staff. Food served at room temperature. Start making the food fresh to order and try appreciating the few customers who do eat there. Should have went to Culver's twice the cost but hot and fresh!!!

Tables were all dirty , manager,/order taker was polite and curtious. Tried the big king I think it's called. Supposed to be like McDonald's big Mac but it sucked . Sauce is deffinatly not the same . Should have either just had a Whopper or just went to McDonald's and got a Big Mac . But at least
This staff is working short handed and still kicking out orders faster than McDonald's. I feel for the two employees one being the manager busting their butt.
This place has severely declined in quality, and you can tell that covid have had an effect on bk. The wait time is ridiculous, the staff is meh, and the food is disgusting. Tastes like feet(yes, my sandwich had lettuce in it, and the 1st thing I thought of was the bk foot lettuce meme). Disgusting
Can't blame the restaurant completely, the app apparently didn't send my whole order to them. In the drive thru the restaurant explained they could only give me what was sent to them. I parked and opened my recent orders and went inside and showed the manager my order on the app. He explained that h
