The morning crew is literally my favorite. This is the only Wendy’s I like to get my breakfast from, and the two ladies I always see working, are literally the best!
I explained that I have to eat gluten free to older cashier lady...she snarled at me & had a bad attitude. I decided not to order & take the chance of getting contaminated. I then asked Ebany if they don't serve people who have to eat gluten free? She said Absolutely! What do you want I will make it myself! She used lettuce for the bun and it was the BEST burger i have had in a LONG TIME! If I could post a picture here i would. It looked so nice. Thanks so much Ebany! If you aren't a manager you SHOULD be! ~ Anita Parker
Has been up and down service here. Sometimes Great service and other times I'd go somewhere else. Food is usually decent.
Eric was a big help after I switched my order for a upgrade to the 6 dollar biggie bag and the staff was very friendly and service was fast and those jalapeno fries are very flavorful hats off to the Wendy's in soha thank you

Food was fast. order correct, and the bathroom was clean. All that I expect from Wendy's.
I have no idea fast food cost for 2 a price of good steak you can make at home a steak big enough for2
Super excellent service. We went inside on a slow Sunday night because I'm indecisive. I think the manager was working the front counter. We were planning on getting the 4/4 & $5 biggie bag both that came with 4 piece nuggets that neither of us were really too concerned about, but they were out of the regular nuggets and only had spicy, which neither of us wanted. She offered us a replacement of our choice for the nuggets and upsized our drinks. It was a very unexpected, generous gesture that will definitely bring us back again. She didn't have to do that but I appreciate it. Now we have frostys in the freezer waiting for us. The restaurant was very clean and stocked. Our food was fresh and hot.
To notch Wendy's. Evening tasted like it should. Service was fast and friendly even though it was right at the lunch hour. Everyone was very clean and week stocked
In and out of the drive through in under two minutes. Strawberry frosty was top notch.
Food was hot, fries were 6/10. Needed more salt.
The drive through server was very patient with our moderately sized order. They were however "out of" the fried mozzarella patties and forgot our chicken nuggets altogether.
Upon entering the restaurant the manager was over heard by someone in our group that "we don't have time to fry the cheese during a lunch rush, just tell them we don't have them".
We still never got our chicken nuggests.
