The food was good. Never had bojangles before as they do not have them in Pennsylvania. Cajun chicken was hot and fresh. I felt bad for the staff as the lady behind me was acting like a lunatic complaining that her chicken wings were too big and asking the staff to go through and find her smaller ones. Place was staffed and clean
Hot, fresh chicken and biscuits! Quick service even with a drive through line around the building! Good chicken! Good biscuits! Polite service. I love getting my chicken and biscuits here.
I haven't been to BOJANGLES in a long time. Coming back from Chesapeake I stopped at South Hill and went in. Place wasn't busy but the ladies behind the counter treated me like royalty. Friendly, caring, very professional. I went to ice machine to fill my cup up and it was empty. A gentleman told me I had to go to the counter. Inside I went back to my seat. To my surprise the manager heard the conversation and brought me a cup of ice. People treat you like family. Absolutely the best BOJANGLES I've been in.
The employees were so nice. They even gave us free fries! The restroom was clean but there were a few dead flies in the dining room. All in all a nice place to stop on our road trip.

The meals were hot š„ and the French fries š nice and not too hard. š We ate in the car since we were headed to another event. What I believed was great was seeing the Associates happy, serving with a Smile and the facilities clean fron the bathroom to the seating area. This shows that Management is on their job fully and keeping the staff in check. Okay, so here's the deal, it was crowded, the patrons to include us were happy, no lines, foods served fast, and the Staff engaged š. Put a check here to stop into the next time you are in town. Now, let's get started in paying it forward, give someone a hug and show some kindness today. Reach out to someone and tell them just how much you care. Share some love ā¤ļø sunshine in their lives. Life is too short and it's too late when they are gone. God is loving us through a multitude of faults, hurts, sorrow and more. So let's not let another minute pass us by. First time visitor to this Bojangles and was impressed, the store was clean, the cashiers were nice and polite. The thing that enticed me to do this review was the biscuits. And the dirty rice, the biscuits were just fruffry like in the movie the chocolate factory, fruffry is more better than fluffy which is good, I should have got a dozen of them, hats off to the biscuit maker. Now for the rice, it takes a keen eye to know how to cook rice and a special eye for dirty rice, again a home run on the person who prepared it. We will return and look forward to the biscuits.

A month ago I enjoyed the visit and during another visit to the area we stopped by there again for a return visit and enjoyed the same service, thanks to John who was very helpful and represents the resturant very well. Stopped by again 14 Sep 23 still great service and personnel.
Trucker access! Super friendly staff and my food is always hot and fresh, orders are never wrong . I recommend this location over any other Bojanglesās location
Best Bojangles outside of North Carolina. Great location of you're headed out of NC and all other spots are not convenient to you. Right off the highway and just like you expect a Bojangles to be.
Couldn't go inside because it seems they were doing renovations. Drive through only, but considering the line moved pretty quickly. Definitely was glad because I was traveling and was trying to get back on the highway.
Very friendly staff and fast service. Pit stop on the way home from vacation. The dining room was fairly packed but was being attended by a staff member and the bathroom was clean. There was staff member that came in and wiped down and sanitize it also.
Excellent service, delicious chicken, folks are lining up for their chicken, plenty of parking, easy access to I-85 and US 58, gas stations and other restaurants and businesses close by.
