Great pizza and buffet was very clean, employees were all smiles and friendly. Very attentive to the customers.
Today, my eight year old son and I chose Pizza Hut for lunch. It was lunch rush but the employees were handling it EXTREMELY well! Every one of them had a smile on their face and were beyond courteous!! A situation arose where a customer and her family left a dog in a locked vehicle with the windows up. The manager, politely, explained (warned) that someone was calling the police department. The dog owner stated that people needed to mind their own f'ing business and stay out of her's. That she had a three hour drive and they WERE going to sit down and eat their meal. The entire staff remained calm and a police officer did respond. The manager then politely requested them to leave while our waitress STILL catered to us. Two thumbs up for South Hill Pizza Hut!! The buffet was clean, hot and delicious!!!
Our pizza, bread sticks and honey BBQ boneless wings were delicious. Highly recommend!

We had excellent service. The young lady that worked there was so pleasant. She was short handed but you would not have known it from her attitude . Our pizza was good. Best we have had at a pizza hut in a long time.

My granddaughter and son visited me today. Actually they were more excited to see my chicken, ducks and guinea. Anyway, my granddaughter wanted a pepperoni pizza so we rode down to South Hill. My son had noticed when he was coming through town that there was a nice safe place for a 2 year old to eat outside at Pizza Hut. I had not been to the new place myself so I wanted to try it too.I didn't think though that I would like the pizza with just pepperoni and I was thinking to myself that she doesn't know. Just 2 you know. I wanted to make her happy ,however, so we got the just pepperoni and to my taste buds surprise and delight they found it to be delicious.
So I’ll just start by stating I haven’t had Pizza Hut in almost a year due to me being unhappy with the product, however that was in AZ and on our way to VA (from N.C.) to go visit family we stopped at this location. Food was great, service was quick and they were so nice. They were doing pickup due to covid and had about 10 other cars parked and they still acted as if we were an important customer. Due to us just moving to N.C. and making the VA trip a monthly one, we’ll definitely be back.
I went through the pickup window and the young man who gave me my order was really nice. He and his two male coworkers informed me where I could find a certain pepsi product outside of PH, he made sure that our order was correct. Food was hot. Overall a great experience. Thanks!

The pizza was great! Anyway Monday through Sunday 11-4pm and get lunch specials for $9.99.
It was not as bad as others have said, about your average pizza hut. It has gotten better since the other reviews for this place. One of the Drivers, Dustin, was quick and nice about our order and got to us at a reasonable time.

Our local Pizza Hut has been closed for months for renovation. We are so happy to have it re-opened. The pizza was delicious and ready on time as promised. Yay! We have missed the South Hill, VA PH!
Pizza Hut is always a hit around work. $10 Dinner Box is the best deal around with plenty to share. Get the garlic crust and you can't go wrong. This is at least once a week lunch for our office.
