It was clean, but the staff was not impolite, but not polite but rather stern (brisk) & not the MOST helpful we’ve ever had. We placed our order inside at the cashier (for several items, including chicken nuggets, burritos, drinks, & 3 quesadillas) and asked for sour cream on the side. They advised, there would be an additional fee for the sour cream. Fine. But they did not give us receipt, despite asking. Got our order & saw no sour creams, when we asked, they claimed they put it in the quesadillas. We returned to our car to find that the quesadillas weren’t the kind we ordered. (It was &twenty some dollars)
Without a receipt we had no way to question or complain
So we then went through the drive- and placed another order for 3 quesadillas and sour cream for each on the side. Again, advised there would be a charge. Fine.
But what we got was 1 container of sour cream (for 3quesadillas?) ok but at least we got it. But, that literally cost $21.00 ?
Taco Bell got expensive. Perhaps we didn’t know the lingo, to order it correctly?
This place is usually o.k. but not this time. The manager took our order, talked over me and I to repeat my part of the order, didn't put any of my food in the bag and my wife had to go back and straighten it out and get it. Not a good experience but we'll go back, hopefully will be better next time.
Good food and the staff were lovely. Super friendly and kind.
Food is good, just expect to be here a while with everything going on. Lines to the road pretty much daily.
I have no complaints about my order. My burritos were very tasty. Fast service, good job Taco Bell!!
Quiet. It appears clean inside. Our order was taken and it didn't take long to receive it. The cashier was knowledgeable of what they had on hand. The drink I wanted was unavailable, but the alternate tasted fine. Will come again.
