I had one of the most rewarding experiences at the location on 162nd Street in South Holland IL. I was there to redeem my replacement breakfast from a previous mishandling of my order. Seemingly when I informed the employee in the drive thru, there was a slight problem when she gave my name to the manager. BUT she asked me a few questions and instructed me to drive forward and greeted me at the window and informed me that THEY were going to take care of it. I drove to the next window and the order was incorrect BUT I smiled and was able to make them feel at ease and without looking the manager repeated my order to the employee and she asked me could I move up while they correct it. The manager brought me the order with confidence and apologized for the inconvenience and I was impressed with her follow through and didn't push it off on her staff. Leading by example is a great work ethic and is a great asset for McDonald's.
