I like this place a lot. It's pretty affordable in comparison to other sandwich shops. The Italian is awesome. It's easy to order here, they let you know all of the options you have for your sandwich so you don't miss out on anything. The workers were pretty nice too.
Short staffed today for a busy Saturday. Staff delightful, helpful. Sandwiches could use more filling.
Tasted fine though.
Didn't realize they were going to toast the bread (*not a fan of my bread being toasted).

The Italian sandwich may be the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. Employees are very friendly, and the place is kept clean.
We love Potbelly. This location is usually never busy so we can order and get our sandwiches really quick. The staff is helpful and the prices really aren't too bad. The sandwiches are always really yummy and are made with fresh ingredients. Would definitely recommend.
Pretty good food at a fair price. I have tried several of their sandwiches, and all of them have been good, but never magnificent or mouth-watering. It's a nice change from Subway or Jimmy Johns.
I haven't had any issues with the customer service, so for me, the biggest issue is the food just isn't delicious. If you are looking for great food in the area, just go next door to Cubby's. The food there is delicious and won't leave you wanting.
Casual atmosphere, quick service and delicious warm sandwiches. I recommend the "A Wreck" with pickles, mustard and mayo!
I grew up going to the original potbelly’s house in chicago, so when I moved here and didn’t have it I was incredibly sad. So when they finally opened up this location I was ecstatic! There are so many options for all sorts of preferences on food. Also, they have really good options for kids. The only sad thing is that they’ve stopped serving peanut butter and jam sandwiches due to allergy safety, those were my favourite.
Potbelly’s have the best warm simple sandwiches ever. While the service is sometimes is hit or miss, the sandwiches are always great. I have been a enjoying potbelly sandwiches for years in Virginia and other states and am thrilled they are here in Utah.
I had no idea what potbelly was, but I thought, "with my belly I'll fit right in." But it's named after a potbelly stove, not a fatty like me, just so you know... I ordered the tuna sandwich with their hot peppers, and it was quite scrumptious. They have healthy chips and subs to help me lose that potbelly... Ironic, but good. 25% more expensive than Subway, but worth it for the quality food and friendly staff.
Great food! We had no issues whatsoever when we asked to modify our order and if something had been missed on our online order it was kindly received and corrected quickly. I just think we all have to remember while reading other reviews that some people are hard, sometimes impossible, to please. We will be eating here very often.
