I went in today to try the "Beyond Burger" I ordered the Beyond Famous Star combo but at first got the regular famous star combo. The cashier insisted I ordered the regular but she still changed it for what I wanted. The burger was good. Tasted and felt like I was eating a regular burger. I will be ordering this burger again! If your looking for a meat replacement this is yummy and I recommend trying it.
Got the $5 meal deal with a double cheese burger, onion rings, fries, cookie, and drink. The wife got the steak burrito and we paid $0.99, yes, a penny short of a dollar, for that 1.5 tablespoon cup of guacamole. Rip off. The fries and rings weren't even warm. A pittance amount of them. Cookie was good. Burger was decent but could use more ketchup. The burrito was very good! About the only good that came from that visit. Last time I got the chick sandwich. Ugh. Worst chicken sandwich I've ever had! It was like plastic!
The guy working was so kind. He held open the door, waited patiently as we decided on and ordered our food, then brought it right out and returned multiple times as we asked for sauces and ice because the ice machine was out. This guy deserves a raise💯
I see a lot of complaints about this location. I would advise people to give them a chance to turn things around. As manager at this location I can assure people that we are working hard to correct these issues. We're under new management and it takes time to fix something that's been run so poorly for so long. As for the complaints about being closed before 11, we do have new closing hours which is 10pm daily. Again I ask for people to be patient as we turn things around. But please come see us.
It is Christmas and my husband and I went in to grab something quick but the line was really long... So we ended up just peacing out. But what we did see was a woman in line who was so mad it was taking so long, she wasn't behind the counter to start telling the workers what to do because "they weren't doing it right". The workers were so confused and it was very odd... Some manager finally told her to get out because of health code reasons. The woman then came up to me and complained again and swore at the workers. SO. Even though I didn't get anything.... THESE WORKERS KILLED IT TONIGHT. It is Christmas and they had to be at work AND deal with A-hole people. I applaud you at your patience. Whoever manager reads this... Please compliment and reward your employees for this insane night.
Had a great experience even tho my order was wrong. They ran out to my car without me even complaining or asking for the correct order and gave me what I originally had ordered. Great service and very friendly.
Love their burgers and sad they took away the crispy burritos they used to serve on the green burrito menu. No idea why, they were amazing!!!! The place is usually perty dirty inside and the bathrooms could stand to be checked more often. Other than that I usually have a good experience here. The California burger is what I'd recommend for quality and price.
