I was buying dinner for my mom and I, and they ran out of Teriyaki chicken, so I had to wait until they finished cooking more! I got a free apple cinnamon roll, and when I got my food, I had my card out ready to pay, but they just said it was on the house for the wait! They were really sweet, and I appreciate it! Definitely will be coming back to that location
I love their food! I typically like their kung pao because I like savory and spicy food and they make it that way. We also like their orange chicken a LOT!! Sometimes it gets really crazy and crowded during rush hours. During one such time a small mistake was made with our order placed through drive through. So I called them back and they gave us the full order complimentary!! The young staff member even came and apologized for the mistake - he did not have to do that but he did. I say this with respect - it shows a lot of character among the staff members who work there.

Absolutely nailed it! Hot, fresh, perfect portions, staff friendly and dining area clean. Haven’t had panda that hood in a hot minute. This is my new preferred location!
Ordered online, orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. They were out of the shrimp so took it upon themselves to give me double orange chicken, wait till I get there and can make a alternative selection
Great service. The manager came out to two separate people that were waiting for their online order to be filled, asked them if they wanted complimentary drinks, then said if they needed anything, to let hom know.
Food was fresh and delicious. Tables were clean. Floor was clean.

Kitchen was backed up and the staff were so so nice and accommodating. They even gave us free drinks which makes me guess some people weren’t as nice about it so boo those customers lol. Food was great! Try the beyond chicken
Very good price for what you get! You also get a wide variety of choices with entrees, not so much sides though. I usually get a split of chow mein and white rice, orange chicken, and broccoli beef, and that serves as both lunch and dinner! Only complaint so far is that some of the menu items are "premium", meaning you have to pay extra to get some of the entrees. Employees are very nice though! And it's pretty cool inside as well!
The food at this location is much better than the food at the 4000 West location. It was really busy when we were there but the employees were working hard and gave us a free drink for our wait. Peyton took our order and was super friendly despite just having dealt with one of the rudest customers ever. (Thank you, Peyton.) I live across the street from the 4000 West location but I'll drive to this location instead because the food is better and the employees have great customer service.

Mom and I were having a rough day running around pick up paperwork for my upcoming custody court date, so we stopped in for lunch. We walked in the door and before we were all the way through the door we were warmly welcomed by all 4 of the staff members. Mom hasn't been here in years so she hadn't tried several of the newish dishes. The sweet server Yackely let her sample several of them (all of which we ended up getting!) The staff was super friendly and seem like they really love working here! The shift lead, Derek, was very professional and his customer service skills were over the top! He made us both feel like we were the only customers in the building, mind you it is lunch time, and made sure that not only was our food great but checked on is to see if there was anything we needed or anything he could get us. I have been to some "sit down" restaurants were the service wasn't this good! Mom said she never gets to come here because her hubby had a bad experience at a different location and hasn't been back for years. She said she is making him bring her here for their next date night.bevause the food was great, the restaurant was spotless a d the staff was fantastic! If I could give Derek and his team more than just 5 stars I tot ally would! Thank you guys for making our lunch date a memorable one!

Just ordered a family meal from them. There was a small mixup that caused a delay in my receiving my order. Peyton was amazing, very apologetic, and went above and beyond with his customer service. Will be returning for sure!
Great place to get food, and my kids love it and that is always a plus. Although most people I've talked to are disappointed that they discontinued the Mandarin chicken. There are still some pretty tasty food there.
