Went thru the drive thru ordered 2 Frisco burgers. When I got the order I checked it over and there wasn’t tomatoe on it and it just all in all looked very poor. The lady at the window said we don’t have tomatoes I replied why didn’t you explain that to me when I was ordering my meal. She replied that’s the kitchen not us.. ok so can I talk to a manager she ignored my request and asked my if it’s supposed to look like a Big Mac or something? Never will you get another dime from me. The food was disgusting.

Best fast food in South Sioux City NE. They truly value their customers. Kelli is AWESOME! She ALWAYS finds a way to put a smile on my face!! Always checks order for accuracy & ALWAYS in a good mood unlike Arby's that make me feel like a burden. LOVE their biscuits & their AWESOME employees.!

It's been a long time since I stopped at a Hardee's. I guess it'll be longer until I stop again. The elderly lady that helped us in the Drive-Thru was nice.
I wasn't impressed with the food. I suppose it was okay for fast food?

Went thru the drive thru on a Friday at 1:30pm, even inside the temporary hours they have, sat at the order screen no one ever answered. Went to window all the lights on but nobody inside that I could see. What a waste of time.

The Angus thickburger with bacon and cheese was excellent and cooked to order and the curly fries were competitive with Arby's. There was no dine-in option so had to eat in my car. It was dinnertime and only the drive thru was available just like McDonald's. I only counted 3 people to take orders, cook the food and cashier so there was a short delay for a fast food restaurant. The staff were all friendly..the order was correct..I got napkins and ketchup packets since I wasn't home..and a 10% military veteran discount was deducted without complaint. Dining in would have been nicer but I will not judge Hardee's for Covid 19 protocol and a shortage of available fast food workers.

Horrible service! I ordered a regular roast beef and a small curly fry... I didn't get my curly fry, I got a really really small regular fry! Plus I didn't have 8 cents and they were rude about it! They have lost my business, I'll eat elsewhere from now on!

I'm normally not one to gripe about fast food. All I ask is an okay burger, a coke with a proper mix, and everything i paid for in the bag. In my current order absolutely nothing was right. I received a coke on its last leg of the syrup. The order of fries was incorrect. Which they tried to hide by putting it under the burger. I one ordered large. Which they gave me a kids small. Did I mention they were also cold. At least the burger was what I expected.
