It was a regular Dunkin donuts, no issues or problems and it was the one that was on my way back to my destination. So in other words perfect for me.
This particular store had sitting areas for gathering with friends. The service was good. The staff was hard working. This is very inconsistent among the various franchises. But this South Yarmouth store was good
girls at drive thru are very friendly. 2 men are also but every time they make my coffee I have to send it back to be fixed.

This DD gladly accepts tips. Which I make a point of doing. The DD out in Western Mass do not allow their employees to accept tips? Same state, this is not right!

Friend ordered a drink plus a shot, the lady started the order then said if he ordered the other drink it would be cheaper. Talk about caring for customers. Most people would just punched in how he said it and send the order through. Good job!
Generally friendly staff and good hot food. Never have had much issues. Sometimes the line can get long and move a bit slow but covid is no help to the matter. Overall can't complain great dunkin.

This Dunkin can be rather busy but the line always moves quickly. The staff were all wearing mask and gloves. Kudos to them for showing respect and safety because I know wearing that all day at work is not comfortable!
