My friends and I went to Claude’s at the Southampton Inn last week. The restaurant is the hidden gem at the Southampton, New York. My experience at this restaurant was amazing. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with outdoor patio. The food exceeded my expectation, the service was wonderful. For an appetizer I recommend to order "Lobster Mango Salad". As for main dish I would suggest to order “Halibut With Beans, Asparagus and Saffron Couscous” It was very memorable experience. I will definitely come back again to enjoy a pleasant experience.

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday evening and enjoyed a delightful experience. The filet mignon was cooked medium rare as requested by our chef Darren. And the potatoes and vegetables accompanying the steak were cooked to perfection and flavorful. The service we received from our waiter Lucky was beyond amazing. He had such an upbeat attitude and was eager to make our dining experience as pleasurable as possible. This young man has an incredible smile and a huge personality to match! We felt like VIP's for the evening. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to the Southampton area.

The presentation is lovely and portions are generous. The seafood pasta was one of the best I've had and my companions were very pleased with their salmon and pork chop entrees

Calamari was all rings and sauces served with it made it an excellent appetizer. Risotto with vegetables was made perfectly and would recommend highly for the entree. The $39 price fixed menu is a real value. Crème brûlée dessert finishes a delicious meal. Our server did an excellent job being attentive but not hovering. I would highly recommend Claude’s.

Fantastic little spot inside the Southampton Inn; you don't need to be staying there to eat here, but they can charge your room if you are which is nice. Went in for breakfast, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My wife's eggs benedict was cooked to perfection, and the smoked salmon platter just really really hit the spot. Huge props to them for also doing a fruit platter that wasn't just melon too (although the melon and everything else in it was absolutely delicious)!

Absolutely wonderful all around! Outdoor dining ambiance was perfect, food was divine, and service was gracious and attentive. You absolutely have to save room for one (or more) of the fabulous desserts!

Interesting location in Southampton. The food was good, came for the brunch menu. The sunken seating area was very interesting but really made you feel like you weren’t eating in a hotel. Not sure I would go back if I’m the are, but a nice option.

What can I say about Claude's restaurant in Southampton Inn? Wow! What a great experience and service! Three of my girlfriends and I went there last Thursday and it was the perfect choice. For appetizers we shared a local and creamy sweet corn soup chilled with blue crab meat topping, the halibut with beans, asparagus and saffron couscous, the dry aged strip steak salad with tomatoes and balsamic vinagrette dressing and a new salad on the menu: the local peach and yellow and red watermelon (shaped little balls) with baby arugula. Everything was awesome. Our entrees were beyond great. We tried the Murray chicken with seasonal vegetables, the lobster mango salad and my very favorite the maine divers scallops with sweet corn lima in a bed of beans succotash. After we finished our delicious lunch, the chef James Carpenter went to the table and talk ask us about our dining experience. This place is so welcoming, definitely a "most go to" in the Hamptons.

Truly a delightful place especially during the warmer weather when you can sit outside. My favorite time is for brunch. We sit in the courtyard where flowers and birds are abundant. They offer a pleasing variety of brunch favorites like Eggs Benedict, Quiche, Sausage Biscuits and Gravy, Steak and Eggs and more. The summer staff often includes foreign exchange students who travel between New York and Florida locations during their stay stateside. And when the meal is over, we stroll upstairs and continue with another Mimosa by the pool bar. Azure blue umbrellas, comfy outdoor furniture make quite the inviting setting making one visit feel like you've been on vacation.

We hosted a “”Celebration of Life” luncheon for my mother who passed away in April. Because of Covid we were not able to honor her memory properly until now. I contacted many venues prior to booking with Claudes, navigating Covid restrictions and trying to ensure the safety of guests, and Meaghan and her team at The Southampton Inn made planning this at their venue an absolute breeze. They didn’t skip a beat and on the day of the event, Tim and his staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just as we wanted it. It was all Covid protocol safe, All guests were able to safely enjoy the luncheon, share fun memories of my mother and finally pay tribute to her in a special way. The food was excellent and staff always accommodating. I am thankful to Meaghan and Tim and the staff at The Southampton Inn for truly making this the special farewell it needed to be. .I highly recommend considering them for an event, or Even stopping in for a meal.

This place is quaint and great place to stay at. It's the holiday time and it's not the busiest place this time of year. When the summer comes watch out. They have a beautiful courtyard and the inside is not over the top fancy but it still is beautiful. The staff are so nice and helpful anything you need. And the inn is located right in the heart of the town. Many places to shop, eat and walk around. The beach is not far away although in december I dont think anyone will be there. All in all great place. Great people!

Great atmosphere! My only suggestion is that breakfast dishes have some added fruit. I ordered the avocado toast which was pricey, and it came with a few onions and tomato slices. I was so bored by the meal.

Visited the Hamptons for the weekend and dined at Claude’s Restaurant at the @SouthamptonInn in Southampton, New York. My friends and I enjoyed a signature selection of popular and newly introduced dishes created by Executive Chef James Carpenter. My favorite was the Maine Divers Scallops which were so soft, warm and seasoned to perfection. It was plated with Sweet Corn and Lima Bean Succotash. We also enjoyed the Murray Chicken with Summer Vegetables and Marjoram Jus plus a Dry-aged NY Strip Steak with Beef Steak Tomatoes Baby Arugula and Balsamic 😋😋😋 It was all so delicious and perfectly executed
