Starbucks is what it is, the app is buggy at times but the rewards are good. Simple menu. I hate coffee so happy there's always a cream frapuccino or iced tea option
We stopped for a coffee, it has the usual coffee shop wares.
Plenty of seating, the service could be better when waiting for your order & them calling it out.
Just tried the new mango dragonfruit refresher..it definitely was refreshing but I felt the flavour was very subtle as it was mostly loaded with ice and most of the dragonfruit toppings just got mixed with the ice and wouldn't come out through the hole in the lid. However, I felt the ambience and customer service to be pretty good.
Good coffee but prices have hit the roof in the UK.

Better than some Starbucks good friendly service no waiting. Though not busy maybe different if busy. Inside and outside seating. pay parking close by.

Nice clean coffee house in Southampton, not too busy, fast service and efficient staff. I do think everything is overpriced but that seems to be the way of the world

Stylish design, I recommend this place for a morning coffee and a breakfast sandwich.
Very convenient location, you can't rate the coffee here but staff behaviour matters a lot when it comes to rate a starbucks, I would have given 5 stars if staff was bit more efficient but hey isn't this how busy Starbucks shops usually are. Overall a quiet and cosy place.
Very nice to catch up with a mate who lives down south,and the dog was allowed in too.
