I’m sorry, WHAT?! This is not only the best coffee in Western Massachusetts, but some of the best coffee I’ve had anywhere in the US (even after living in Seattle for five years). This is their only US location, but they are all over Europe and the Middle East, and they make coffee exactly the way you’d have it in Europe. Don’t let the outside appearance fool you. This is one in a million. Fantastic breakfast, too!
Good coffee, drive through and walk in options. Right off College Highway and across the street from Big Y. Good place to go for your caffeine and coffee fix. In the Red Rocks Plaza near H&R Block and the West Lake Chinese restaurant. Lots of parking (if you arent using the drive thru service) and handicap accessible location with friendly and accommodating staff.
Wow, best cappuccino I've ever had! Never heard of Mikels, but they're all over Europe and on a suggestion I tried them out. It is blended different than the standard venti/grande coffee chain's so the espresso hits you in a smooth paced way, no jittery pick me up.
Inside is a very clean little spot with nice seating and a couple booths in back if you needed to meet with someone or had a bigger group. The drive up has you order and sometimes pull up to the building so they can bring you out your coffee hand delivered.

Best coffee in the US since returning from a long trip to Italy where all of the coffee was excellent! Efficient, friendly service from the owner, as well. Oh, and tasty pastries, too. Sparkling clean and welcoming place.
Unbelievable spanakopita! I am in awe of it. Incredible. I also had an iced coffee which was delicious! I drive by this spot all the time and always said I would stop in one day. I am so glad I finally did. Happy dance dance.
Went to check this place out with my girlfriend once we finally had a day off together, and it was a great decision! Everything was delicious, the experience was genuine, everything was clean, the menu is affordable, and honestly, I'd rather come here to spend $12 on breakfast for both of us than waste $12 on a cup full of ice and rubbery bagel at Dunkin only to have them screw up your order. Highly recommended spot, check it out you'll love it!
Seriously the BEST COFFEE in western MA. Totally unique. The employees are incredible and you get free cookies. Skip Dunkin' and the local hispster roasters, those cats don't know squat about service!
Mikel’s has the best coffee hands down. I’ll come here over Starbucks and Dunkin any day of the week. Drive thru is fast. Service is great and the environment is the perfect place to study!

This was out first visit. Themis was very generous to us. We ordered a cream pie that looked like a square croissant. We also ordered a Hot Latte with a sub of Soya milk instead of regular. He gave us the option to put cinnamon or chocolate on top. We chose chocolate.. thinking it was going to be a chocolate sauce, no, it was fresh chocolate shavings! The frothy foam on top still came out so rich and creamy despite using soya milk which is thinner than regular milk. The portion sizes are worth the money. He let my husband and I try the original Greek coffee drink.. Freddo Cappuccino. It's cold. You can order it Medium or Sweet. He made my husband's Medium sweetness and I asked for mine Sweet! I don't even like coffee, and these tasted amazing! The quality and pride that he put into each item was impeccable! Price-wise, it is in a balance between Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks.. but the quality doesn't compare. You get a very calm and homelike feel when you walk into this shop. Stop by Mikel's Coffee soon if you haven't.. and make sure you try the Freddo Cappuccino! Thank you Themis!

Everytime I go the barista is a delight and the coffee is unusually good. I'm Ukrainian and it reminds me of the way my mom makes thick rich coffee by hand. I bike here from Northampton for this coffee.
I love this coffee! It's my goto for my daily coffee. Way better than Dunkin'! I get the Freddo Cappuccino and boy is it good! After having a real strong coffee I could never go back to the junk at other places. Thanks Mikels!
1st time coming here and all I have to say is AMAZING. From a warm welcome to a great coffee reccomenation (which was AMAZING). 10/10 would reccomend this adorable coffee shop!
