Location has limited hours due to staffing. Got there at 2:10 pm with a close sign of 4 pm. Crew was already in closing mode. All the teas were being drained with 2 hours to go until close. Couldn’t even get a refill. Being the only customers in restaurant the food still took almost 15 minutes to get to table(only 2 sandwiches and a salad). Definitely not Newk’s standards for service. They were out of Newk’s signature Pimento Cheese so we couldn’t get it on one of our sandwiches. When we travel through Southaven again we will definitely find an alternate location for lunch. Big disappointment for a $52 check
Followup 5/23. After posting this, the Social Media people responded and asked me to give them feedback. Went to their site, filled out their survey and site wouldn’t submit. Total waste of time. I then went to corporate website to contact them and leave a message about this visit. Absolutely no reply back from them or any senior operations management. Wow. A great company that is already past it’s prime

I placed my first online order this visit. I showed up 5 minutes early and it wasn't ready yet. They brought it out one minute before the time I scheduled. So the food was hot and fresh. I have food allergies and have always had a good experience with newks providing a safe meal.

They reduced portion sizes without putting that information on the signs and menus. Paid $13 for this "meal." My "Large" bowl of soup and half Mac n cheese came in a fist sized to go cup. The staff didn't seem to care of offer to make it right. Disappointed. Won't be back.

This place is simply awesome. I really like their sandwiches specially Newks Q sandwich. Cost wise I believe it's little overpriced but it taste very good. Customer service is good and they are helpful. If you are Memphis do try their sandwiches.

At my location, they had no one working the kitchen, so understaffed and the food wasn't that good. I went to get soup and they had no soup besides Gumbo which like I said, wasn't very good. I don't think it was the staffs fault though. But on a good day when they have lobster and crab bisque I love it!

The cashier was a mumbler which made it difficult to order for my mom who's hard of hearing. The soda machine area needed some attention. The food was really really good.

2nd Review -
Today we decided to have lunch here with my parents as well. The service was fast, everyone was very friendly (even while busy), and the food delicious. My dad wasn't very satisfied with their "cheese steak" sandwich, but said it was ok. I'm leaving my review as 5 stars for the fair prices and good service. (Yes, I ordered the lobster and crab bisque soup again, and it was outstanding as always!!)

Not what I expected in a pizza but it was ok. I tried the chicken salad it was ok as well. No real complaints the staff was nice and friendly enough. I was just trying something new.
