Came to this location and i can say one of the worst Burger Kings i have been to. The young lady La’Tareion made sure my customer service experience was going to be 1 star or lower. She was rude. She walked away from the window and told me i couldn’t use my rewards at the location. After her walking
No breakfast burritos not even the new sandwiches that are advertised on the inside menu screen. The management had a not so friendly attitude. The inside is dirty floor feels greasy tables are filthy and yes they do pre make sandwiches that's why customers are saying it tastes like it's been under
We pulled up and she said hold on we waited and waited for like 10 min, the was good though.
They’re literally taking 30 mins per order at this location. The employees did not seem like they were coordinating with each other at all because I had 2 different employees asking me about my order. One even forgot that she didn’t give me my drink and had to ask me if she gave me my drink or not.
This store is always on point. food always hot and good. i love the team there.
Horrible place. 11:10am doors locked and site says dine in open. 2/11/2022. People here are extremely rude and seem extremely lazy. If you can avoid this place and go anywhere else I definitely would. Been here a few times before with the same service manager is even an extreme rude ignorant person.
This is the best Burger King, I have ever ate at. My bread and food is always fresh. My fries always hot and crispy. Yum! I go everytime I visit Southaven.
