Food is good, but literally EVERY time we've ordered and asked for the special dipping sauce we get honey mustard no matter what. Every time! 🤦🙄

This used to be one of my favorite places, however it has been disappointing lately. My daughter and grandchildren dined in and she called to see if her Dad and I would like anything. We each wanted the Cobb Salad.However our salads had no eggs and without eggs it's no longer a Cobb Salad. I called the store to complain about my Salad thinking perhaps someone made a mistake and the manager said they had no eggs. Employees should make the customer aware when the item they order is lacking an ingredient. Had we been advised we would have ordered something else instead of being dissatisfied with our order. The manager really made no effort to satisfy me as a customer. I understand logistic issues impacting businesses from getting supplies however as a gesture of goodwill when issues occur it would be redeeming to offer a customer an opportunity to make it right on their next visit. The indifference I felt has sent me to your competitors across the street who show more courtesy and professionalism. Chic-Fil-A and Slims will get my future business. This was your 3rd strike with me.

Very disappointed…. In the middle of eating my Cobb salad I noticed a dead fly in my salad. Called the restaurant the manager didn’t really seem to care..my family and I used to visit this location almost every week before the incident. I won’t be back for a while.

The idiocy has reached a new level here. I'm allowed to enter the site. I'm allowed to eat in. But I can't order at the register. It needs to be an online order

There is always a long wait. By long, I mean its nothing to sit in line for 20+ minutes before even reaching the speaker. Ive come to the conclusion that after years like this, this is just the way it is and needs to be expected when visiting Zaxbys Southaven. Then after all that waiting, once you get to the window, you are still asked to pull to the side, either directly forward or in an empty parking space with all others who are waiting, and wait some more, until your order is brought out which could take upwards of another 15 minutes. This process makes no sense and def does not speed anything up. Its like wait, wait, rush to collect money, wait some more.
