đ Food at our table was good to bad. Some of us got good food and others of us, not so good. Restaurant is very attractive and clean.đ Service from hostesses was chilly. The server and bus boy were the nicest people besides the manager. The manager came to make right one dinner that was way off. đ„«Gracias

Great tasting Fajitas. We got the steak and chicken and 2 of us shared them. They are fast and efficient, however they are crowded and the hostess tried to sit us un front of the kitchen which doesn't have a door. She would not move us, however, an older gentlemen server moved us to a better table. Our server was great and the margaritas were great. I will be back!

Came here with friends for lunch. Our waiter was super nice. He was attentive to our needs with drink refills and kept checking back to see if we needed anything. Refilled our chips as soon as we got low. Our food came out very quick and everyone had great things to say. One friend did have a different side, but never brought it up. When he waiter noticed he immediately offered to get her what she ordered. The checks came quickly, and we werenât rushed when we sat and chatted after we paid. We come here often and will be back.

I wish I could separate the food from the manager on duty. The food is most often great. Very seasoned and always hot. The servers are also very nice and attentive.
The manager on duty needs work in the area of Customer Service.
We waited a very long time to receive food this evening and it was sparse to say the least. Because there was a large party in house we didnât complain about the wait until the food wasnât right also.
Management never came by and when we asked for him,he waved us off to watch a waitress wiping a table as sheâs surely done numerous times! When he did give us his attention and we explained,he said â I canât make you like the food .âHe offered no reasonable concern for the situation.
This is not reflective of our usual experience, but if he represents the new wave of management, Iâm headed for land elsewhere and so should youđ

Great atmosphere here. Am going back to eat soon. I stopped by after the gym for a drink. Stayed longer than expected cause I comfortable.

The food is great and the atmosphere looks wonderful. I have not dined in but love to pick up on the way home. The only issue I have had is I have gotten home and items were missing from my bag. It has happened twice and because it was something small it's no need to make a fuss. The food is always hot and amazing so it should be a 4.5.

Always great food!! Great drinks and friendly staff. People at a table next to us were being rude to our waitress and giving her a hard time. She kept her posture and we gave her a better experience. Really recommend Rancho Grande

Food is great, I didn't eat in but it seems those who were eating in was seated immediately. I placed a call in to go order and was told it will be 15 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later, I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Wasted a lot of my lunch time. That was my only issue. The staff was pleasant and again the food was great.
