The staff at this location is amazing, the young guys are very respectful and welcoming.

When i worked at a food place we always had to look presentable and atleast clean... thats not the case with this location, the front counter staff looks grungy , the hair caps they wear doesn’t protect any of the hair from falling, and the cashier had a long ponytail swinging around the counter and food and she sneezed as she took my order without covering her mouth, if I wasn’t on lunch and in a rush i would have took my business elsewhere, thankfully the cook looked clean a presentable or i would have just starved til after work. Please make your staff put a effort into their upkeep , & proper hairstyle so your hair isn’t hanging and swinging around to fall where it pleases

Got their and instead how may I help you he said what you want. Then I ordered with extra oil and vinegar I received no oil and vinegar. Gave me the sub thru the drive window and never said thank you or anything. Have eaten their a lot when I come in town maybe new management but won’t eat their again. Bad service and attitude. Date 6/2/2019 time 217 pm employee Brian Heard.

I'm not sure why but there wasn't any meat in the front case. It was brought from the back as we ordered. The lady taking my order didn't ask what I wanted on my sandwich. I just assumed I would tell them as they made it. She informed me that it had to be the ticket for them to put it on my sandwich. End of conversation. I told her nevermind then bc I didn't want a plain sandwich. THEN she said she could just write it on a blank receipt. My biggest complaint is that they only had light mayo. They offer 3 kinds of mustard and a slew of other condiments and toppings but only offer light mayo at a sandwich shop?! Absurd. We won't be going back.

Until the one in Horn Lake opened up this was the only Lenny's around and really close to home. I love the food, hate the service. No matter how many times my order was wrong (which was usually 2 out of 4 times) I still went back. The crew is mostly all teenagers who are more worried about their social life while at work, rather than working. Rarely do I stumble upon a pleasant employee who appreciates having a job. With most of the rest it's pretty obvious that they do not want to be there. My solution to that...get rid of the snotty teens and actually hire those who WANT and NEED a job, it doesn't matter their age. I enjoyed having a full time job at 16. The manager (Bonnie I believe?) is also an ordeal to deal with. I finally got tired of my orders being wrong so I nicely complained. I wasn't looking for a free meal, I just want what I paid for, especially considering the price for a sandwich. She got really ticked at ME like her employees could do no wrong and that all of the employee had been there 3+ years. Which was a total, blatant lie and I knew that for a fact. She had a smart remark for everything. Well, that finally did it for me and I won't ever go back. I got my company to pull out catering orders from there and moved to the Horn Lake store. It's a few miles further, but SO worth it. Jason is great and a people person, along with most of the employees. If you are in the area, it's worth the few more minutes to go to a different Lenny's. This one is a $10 disappointment.

You do not get what you pay for, or what is advertised. The advertising pics do not reflect the serving size that is actually served. This particular Lenny's is over priced for what you get. I actually took some pics of what I got vs what is advertised and sent them to the Memphis corporate office. I expected a response and got nothing. No wonder the store has unethical practices, the owner has learned from corporate. I will not be back to this location and probably not any location in the Memphis area. Lenny's used to be the go to fast food joint in the Memphis area...not anymore! Do yourself a favor and save your money for a different fast food restaurant. Lenny's will definitely leave you disappointed!

Bad experience at the one on Elvis Presley . They have the homeless people sitting in the restaurant smelling dirty cussing loud talking and the manager allow them to sit in there taking up space from the people who are patronizing their business. Terrible wait time .phone always busy you can never place your order and stop to pick it up. They never get your food order right you can tell them a thousand times they still get your order wrong. The people fixing the food look unclean and have smirks on their face while fixing your food. Very bad place to eat at in Whitehaven .

This location actually closes at 8pm not 9pm and stops serving cold sandwiches (e.g., turkey club) 15 minutes before close (i.e., 8:45). Consequently, I got the chicken parm sandwich, which I hadn't tried before, and the chicken tasted funky. Since, I've never been to this location before or had that sandwich before, I can't tell if it's the sandwich, this location, or both. I have been to other Lenny's in Memphis, and other sandwiches are normally very good. Also UofM students get a discount with ID!
