Young people running the place. So rude and unprofessional. I called to order she left me on hold 15 mins and hung up. I get to the place to order she tells me 20 minutes and I waited 30 mins. I also told her Coke and regular fries she gives me a Sprite and seasoned. Im so disappointed in this place

The food is good but the phone customer service is absolutely terrible. They never answer the phone and when they do decide to answer, they put you on hold for over 15 min. I've been there picking up food and seen them take the phone off the hook and just leave it to avoid calls.
The food is amazing but they are very slow at lunch and don't have a great system. You should definitely call ahead or be prepared for a 30 minute wait.

Been coming to 901 wings (Southaven) faithfully but to the young lady in the kitchen with the thin braids before calling a customer out of their name and playing around people food, make sure the order is correct and the whole team is together!! Thanks! Very disappointed
Food is delicious but they need to do better with customer service as far as answering the phone called multiple times and never got an answer
