The manager and staff provided excellent customer service . I went to the store early to pick up an order for my daughter’s birthday. The manager whom I did not get his name was understanding and accommodating. Your service was really appreciated.
Everytime I visit Tangers Outlet, I stop on the way out at Great American Cookies. The strawberry cookies call me. I answer. Every flavor I have tasted, double chocolate, strawberry & chocolate chip has always been cooked to perfection & I really mean that. My daughter loves the sprinkle flavor. These cookies are delicious & soft. I'm a fan.
I walked in and placed an order for a large birthday cookie as well as a large number of double doozies. The owner himself put my order together along with his assistant. They even quickly made the cookies that were not already available. When I went to leave the store the owner stated that he was headed toward the front office near where I was parked. He offered to help carry my order and did just that, all the way to the car! With yummy cookies like these and customer service like that I will be back again and again.
Love, love, love this place. Whenever I visit I purchase enough cookies to last me the whole week 🤦🏾♀️
