As a loyal client who eats Dunkin’ very often and goes to this specific location I’m very disappointed. If I could give it NO stars I actually would. I walked in and there’s no form of greeting from the crew. What exactly is customer service skills at Dunkin’? I don’t really know. I waited about 5 mins on somebody to take an order. The dark color/brunette woman who took my order (looks like a manager or assistant manager) wasn’t welcoming at all. She looked like she was over it. As a Muslim I specifically requested for the cook to change their gloves when making my order. I sat there and watch the lady make my order and not change gloves when I kindly asked *religious purposes* I felt disrespected and as if I’m not a valuable customer. I let the lady know upfront so she made my order again but this time it was burnt on the inside and it was hard I couldn’t eat my food.. my money went to waste. Never again.

I love coming here. The food and coffee is so delicious but what makes it special is the customer service. Very nice, professional, and welcoming. I’m hooked!!!! Thank you Asia and the rest of the employees for making my day brighter. You all are the best!

THIS WAS THE WORSE MADE LATTE IVE EVER TASTED!! THE COFFEE TASTE WAS SO STRONG AND BURNT UNTIL IT MADE ME SICK!!! I TRIED CALLING TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG BUT NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE!! FOR THEM TO BE CALLED A COFFE SHOP SOMEONE IN THERE SHOULD KNOW-HOW TO MAKE IT!!! IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!!! HEELLLPPP!!!!!!!

Ordered the avocado toast with peppers, received avocado spread on a cold slice of soft bread without a hint of toast and no peppers. A waste of money and time. This was the Southaven location.

Ordered via mobile. I took a tad longer to pick up and ON THEIR OWN they chose to remade my sandwiches so they’d be hot. Boy oh boy!! Great taste and customer service. Glad you’re finally in Olive Branch.

Just thought someone should know that your establishment got my order wrong. Okay mistakes happen, but when I went back to the counter to ask for it to be corrected...the two employees started arguing about it being the other ones fault. They wouldn't correct it because they were arguing so much and blaming each other. Finally one of them decided to correct it. You guys need better customer service.
