Service at this Taco Bell is extremely slow and understaffed. My order was placed on the app and I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes. Staff is extremely nice considering their short staff situation. I do recommend if you have time to wait.
i just don’t understand why there’s signs all over the place saying the dining room is open 11 am to 8 pm but the doors are locked and people are standing around inside. when someone orders online and there’s a pick up in store option we should be able to pick up in store and not wait in a long line
**Update** the experience continues to decline. The inside is rarely, if ever, open. So, when they get your order wrong, which is typical, you have to wait in the drive through again. We ordered at 6:16, drove 3 miles home and realized they forgot an entire meal. I finally got my food corrected at 6
They were rude, they were slow, I asked for extra meat on my burrito and it tasted like nothing but tortilla and sauce. No meat at all. The topper was they did have the "no Mexican pizza" sign was not displayed in eyesight which was why we went there in the first place. Terrible!
Worse food and service I've had. The girl at the drive thru was very rude. Not just to customers but other employees. I had 2 separate orders. The small order with 3 items came in a large bag. My order of over 10 items was compressed into a smaller bag. When I got home and started eating. Each bite
Food was hot and fresh. Service was also very fast being this late at night. Workers were very nice and polite.
Okay, out of Mexican pizzas, but the BEST drive thru service I've experienced in months. Employees seem happy. Props to mgmt!! Great team. Thank you.
